A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT CONFERENCE & EVENTS MANAGER AT DOUBLETREE BY HILTON EDINBURGH CITY

What you'll be responsible for...

Under the guidance of our Conference & Events Operations Manager, you will be in charge of meeting client needs while consistently upholding our high DoubleTree by Hilton standards. This position involves overseeing various meetings and events, including weddings, and providing support to the broader food and beverage team at the hotel. You will also supervise SKYbar and our bars.
