A bit about the role...Working in a team with Catherine Kiernan our Head of Investment Services (Market Diversification) and Kerry Bainbridge, Senior Manager Investment Services, the Analyst Operational Management will play a critical role in supporting pre and post contract activities relating to the Levelling Up Home Building Fund, Housing Infrastructure Fund and other fund interventions.
As an Analyst Operational Management, you will be responsible for processing loan and grant payments on a daily basis, processing security release documentation from solicitors, setting up project records on systems and raising and processing the relevant financial approvals.
You will foster good relationships with our Investments colleagues to support project managers to ensure systems and data are up to date.
This is a rare chance to shape one of the ways of working of a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders across the agency, you will be committed to a user-led, operationally focused approach.
A bit about you...Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders in our Investments directorate, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.
You'll be comfortable supporting the project managers with complex issues. You will be proficient in using bespoke systems, processing payments for loan drawdowns and releasing complex security from land at Land Registry.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders both internally and externally and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a service team that enables delivery.
As someone with relevant experience, you'll be used to working with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way, whilst making your own valuable contribution to the team and service that is delivered.
