We are working with a successful financial services organisation near Chorley to recruit for an IFA Administrator to join their growing administration function.

Client Details This firm is part of a growing group of IFAs, and has several offices across the North West.

Their main headquarters is based near Chorley, which is a very busy office where you will support the financial advisers and the wider team.

The firm was awarded chartered status many years ago and has won numerous other awards for being a top employer and great place to work.

Description As IFA Administrator, you will join an experienced team, and be responsible for:

Processing new business applicationsPreparing client packs for meetings, as well as client review list for advisersPreparing client valuations and supporting documentationPreparing cases for paraplanningEnsuring letters of authority requests are sent on timeProviding an efficient and effective administration serviceProcessing dealing instructions and new business applicationsObtaining valuations and assisting in producing update reportsMonitoring and chasing up applications and other transactions across various platforms and providersProcessing client instructions and dealing with any queries or issuesProfile The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience: Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm ideallyStrong work ethic and good attitudeStrong administration skill set with a high level of attention to detailGreat communication skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft applicationsUp to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal Job Offer There is a great benefits package to go with this exciting role.
