Senior Tax Paralegal – US Law Firm – London
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading US firm in their search for an experienced Tax Paralegal to join the firms London office. This role will be offered on a permanent basis.
The Firm
Our client is a recognised leader in a wide range of disciplines in London including finance, corporate, private equity, litigation, and real estate. In the last 5 years, the firm have won "best law firm to work for" and "US law firm of the year" in London and have built strong team of lawyers across the firm to match this reputation.
The Team
Recognised internationally for their work in critical and evolving areas of Tax, the team advise on a full range of tax issues that frequently arise in structuring finance and capital markets transactions. Areas of practice include lending, real estate finance, structuring joint venture companies, and sales and acquisitions.
The Role
The successful Paralegal will be joining the firms tax team where you will support the fee earners on all aspects of their work. You will work as part of a busy transactional team where the work will have a cross-border element to it.
The Ideal Candidate
This role will suit those who are not looking to qualify, and have significant tax experience of at least 18 months. This experience will ideally have been gained from another leading US city firm or top 20 UK firm.
