We are seeking to appoint a highly effective, inspirational and skillful Head of Year. The main responsibilities of the role include, for the year group:

Managing the tutors, and leading on the tutor programmeLeading on rewards and celebrations Leading assembliesOverseeing the professional development curriculum, including careersOverseeing the extra-curricular offers availableWriting Additional Needs PlansConducting student voiceEnsuring good behaviour The role also includes teaching responsibility and this can be from any subject.
