Join a passionate team dedicated to creating genre-defining games that are accessible, beautiful, and, most of all, fun. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in ambitious expansion plans by supporting the Design and production teams for two exciting game titles.

This is a full-time contract role for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. The position is based in Royal Leamington Spa with a hybrid work model, requiring at least 3 days per week in the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers across the Engineering department and leaders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain an effective interview process, gathering all relevant information from candidates and ensuring timely feedback.
  • Plan and prioritise workload, coordinating interviews effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Stay active on job boards, social networks, and other platforms to find quality candidates, and assist in creating and posting job descriptions and social media announcements.
  • Partner with the HR, Recruitment team, and senior managers to design, improve, and implement innovative recruitment activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Champion diversity hiring strategies and develop processes to identify top talent in underrepresented groups.
Requirements:
  • Recruitment experience within the video games industry, either in-house or agency, ideally specialising in Engineering.
  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills with expertise in supporting managers to make good hiring decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of database management and Internet search methods.
  • Familiarity with job boards and tools used across the industry to target candidates.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A passion for recruitment and video games.
