Job Description

Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Red Recruitment Group Careers. As a key member of our Coventry Branch, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
  • Attract and engage drivers through various marketing channels, including social media and recruitment events.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate and fill bookings in a timely manner to meet client demands.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, background checks, and licence verifications to ensure compliance with client specifications and industry regulations.
  • Provide exceptional support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the driving industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and systems.
