As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for valuable work that ensures the smooth operation and exceptional service delivery of our client's fleet management services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer documentation, contracts, payment schedules, direct debit initiation, and related paperwork.
  • Managing and distributing invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records using our in-house software solution.
  • Sending driver correspondence promptly.
  • Handling general customer queries with professionalism and care.
  • Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively liaising with both internal staff and external customers.
  • Exhibiting good computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Working independently to complete assignments within given instructions, routines, and standard practices.
  • Maintaining regular, punctual attendance.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively on the telephone.

Our client is looking for a committed and reliable individual, with good time management skills who understands the importance of punctuality. Additionally, you should be a confident communicator on the telephone and possess good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc). There will be training and support available, so ultimately a good attitude and company fit is most important
