With a new leadership team in place driving our improvement journey and bringing stability to the council, Thurrock is in a much stronger place. We have made significant progress over the last year and we are now on a quest to fill one of the last pieces of our jigsaw puzzle with a new Assistant Director of HR and OD.
We are looking for a HR professional who is a moderniser and who can lead the culture and organisational change of the council. This is a high profile role working in partnership across the council. Working with senior leaders, you will be instrumental in designing and leading a HR & OD service which is efficient, proactive and digitally fit for the future.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is ambitious, resilient and motivated by working with a corporate management team who are all driven to make positive change.
