This is an opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join the commercial property team of a small private practice.

Client Details

A long established, small private practice based south of Birmingham.

Description

Are you a qualified solicitor with at least 12 months' experience covering real estate / commercial property? Have you recently qualified or approaching qualificaiton and looking for a firm where you can continue to grow as a commercial solicitor?

If so, this could be a great opportunity for you to join a small but busy property team. You will be working alongside a very experienced senior lawyer who will spend time training and developing you.

You will get plenty of client contact (including face to face meetings) and the work is varied and good quality. The team do not do any residential conveyancing - this is a pure commercial property role.

The firm has a very loyal client base and a busy caseload of work.

The firm are looking for somebody who is happy to be office based. It is a small firm and they all work very closely together. So if you are looking for a role with hybrid working then this won't be the opportunity for you.

Profile

It's likely that you will have at least 6-12 months' experience in commercial property matters. The team are happy to look at trainee solicitors approaching qualification (who can demonstrate a training contract which covered a lot of commercial work) or qualified solicitors looking for a new challenge.

This is a small firm so it won't suit a solicitor looking to work in a large regional or national practice.

It might be that you are currently working at a high street law firm but are looking for better training, better quality of work and a 100% commercial property caseload (as oppose to a split residential/commercial workload).
