Our Purpose

The Home Options Service has a drive and passion for improving housing outcomes and supporting meaningful change in the lives of our customers.

Your Role

The role supports the physical and financial management of properties for use by the Authority. The client group will consist of care leavers, rough sleepers and homeless individuals and families requiring intensive housing management to maintain their accommodation in good order.

About You

You will be an enthusiastic person with a passion for delivering the best service to our customers. Excellent communication, interviewing and negotiating skills are a must, as well as the ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with our partners.

You will strive to keep Home Options Service accommodation is in good condition and ensure those in temporary accommodation receive adequate support and housing management to maintain their accommodation to a satisfactory standard.
