Associate Cost ManagerOur OpportunityAre you an experienced Cost Manager looking to take the next step in your career?Do you want to work within a team of collaborative, talented Cost Managers? With extensive growth within Cost Management, Pick Everard are seeking a new Associate Cost Manager to work on major projects in Birmingham and throughout the region. Working closely with a dynamic team, you will take a lead on a range of projects across sectors, being client facing and forward thinking, to support our continued growth.

A Chartered Surveyor with significant post chartered relevant experience - Membership of RICS is essential

Have a strong track record in a similar Quantity Surveying role, including cost management of building projects, feasibility/option studies, detailed cost planning, post contract cost management

Have a thorough understanding of the principal standard forms of Building Contracts including JCT and NEC3

Have experience in liaison directly with clients

The ability to control day to day programming and planning

Excellent client communication skills

Excellent report writing and presentation skills

An excellent self-motivated, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic attitude
