An HR Advisor is sought to join a growing Human Resources team in the Education industry. The role requires a team member who is adept at managing a variety of HR responsibilities.

Our client is a well-established company in the Education sector. Situated in Hereford, they are keen to expand their Human Resources department with a proactive HR Advisor.
Description
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
support clients with employee relation casework, by email/telephone/teams and onsite;act as an investigating officer on variety of employment matters and provide a written report;attend formal meetings;involved in the development of school based HR policies and procedures working closely with Trade Union representatives;design/deliver training sessions to clients on a variety of HR topics ProfileA successful HR Advisor should have:
You will have a proven track record of managing and solving a range of HR casework including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence management, TUPE, redundancy, appraisal and capability.
A degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related fieldProven experience in a similar HR roleExcellent knowledge of HR policies and proceduresThe ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsThe ability to work as part of a team and independentlyExcellent organisational skills We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is preferably fully CIPD qualified, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience. You should have a strong knowledge of employment law, excellent time management and interpersonal skills, be able to work mainly autonomously under the guidance of your line manager and have the ability to make on the spot professional decisions in challenging environments. You will be required to travel throughout Herefordshire to attend on site school meetings on a regular basis and sometimes at short notice. As travel is essential, you will be required to provide your own transport for business use.
