We are seeking an experienced and driven National Account Manager to join our Facilities Management team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing our high-profile national accounts and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key

Responsibilities:

Strategically manage and develop a portfolio of key national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retentionLeverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savingsDrive performance by monitoring and achieving KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance service deliveryManage and mentor a National Account Executive, providing guidance and leadershipIdentify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar national account management role, preferably within the FM sectorExcellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindsetExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to lead and motivate teams to achieve targetsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Desirable)
