Role:
As a dedicated Employment Lawyer, the selected candidate will provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment matters. This includes, but is not limited to, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, advising on employment rights, handling disputes and representing clients in tribunals. The role demands a proactive approach to legal services, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of representation.

Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law
- A robust understanding of current employment legislation and its practical application
- Proven track record of successfully managing a caseload of employment law matters
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
