Job title: Health and Social Care Lecturer
Fixed Term: 12 months
Hours: 18 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: 14, ,500 Actual / 27, ,823 FTE
Working days: Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons using a variety of teaching methods and techniques
Assess and evaluate students' work, providing constructive feedback to aid learning and development
Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure content is relevant and reflects current industry standards
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of all students
The successful applicant will have:
Level 3 Health and Social Care
L3 Education & Training Award
Assessor and Interval Verifier Qualifications
L2 English and Maths
2 years teaching experience
