The Europe Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) and Broker Dealer & Credit Management Sales coverage team looks after non-bank lenders and both online and traditional Broker Dealers in Europe. As the Financial Institution Groups (FIG) Analyst/Associate, you will work closely with the Global Corporate Bank, ICM, Securities Services and Investment Bank teams to manage bank-wide client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of the Broker Dealer and Credit Management business and the products tailored to these segments
  • Support the team on new sales and deal implementations by creating Deal Manager requests and hand holding the end-to-end process and the Relationship Managers in the preparation of proposals and presentations for existing clients and prospective customers
  • Support the team on pricing analysis and day-to-day pricing management requests in addition to strategic projects intended to grow the business
  • Attend client meetings and assist with the meeting planning and follow-ups (i.e. analysis on the client, presentations, call reports, etc)
  • Assist the Relationship Managers with the renewal of Know Your Customer (KYC) files for existing clients and the on-boarding of new clients
  • Support the Relationship Managers in analysing client activity versus expectations, monitor client performance and provide business reporting
  • Partner with Client Service, Compliance, Credit, Legal, Operations, Product, Risk and other functions including Senior Bankers to optimize product and service delivery to clients
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Organized and disciplined with the ability to handle multiple priorities and to act with own initiative
    • Ambitious, driven and a "can-do" attitude with focus on delivery and execution
    • Keen eye for detail, meticulous in approach
    • Intellectual ability and desire to develop client and technical skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications (particularly Power Point, PitchPro and Excel) and Sharepoint
