We are excited to offer this full time position as an Teaching Assistant Assessor within the slough area Sl3 working hours will be between 8:20-16:00 Monday to Friday.

Payment for the Teaching Assistant Assessor role

The daily payment for the role of Teaching Assistant Assessor role ranges between per day depending on experiences and qualification.

Main responsibilities as an Teaching Assistant Assessor will include:

Conducting initial assessments
Delivering engaging face-to-face lessons to groups of adult learners in Slough
Ensuring that teaching materials are up-to-date and in line with industry standards.
As a course tutor/assessor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Early Years courses at level 2 and 3, striving to exceed awarding body quality standards.
to have the ability to build strong professional relationships with employers and learners, along with exemplary motivational skills, is crucial.

Requirements for the role of Early years Assessor:

To hold relevant qualifications in the subject area
Assessing/teaching qualifications such as CAVA or AiET.
Up-to-date industry knowledge
GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and mats are essential.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and e-portfolio systems, are required.
Good Communication skills
Strong Work Ethic
