Your role as Deputy General Manager:
Overall management of the pub, restaurant and hotel in the absence of the ManagerMaintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, hotel, service and drink qualityAdhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, licensing and maintenance of recordsConduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter controlCreate and maintain a motivated team with excellent standards identifying talent and ensuring succession
