These techniques include DNA/RNA extraction, amplification and quantification; molecular cloning, production of transgenic plants, histological examination, protein and chromatin assays and sequencing library preparation. In addition to carrying out the techniques themselves you will help to train other members of the research group as necessary. You will record the results of their experiments and describe them during regular lab meetings.
