Reports to: Training Manager - AI & Data Practice

The AI Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for both customers and internal teams. Central to the Practices Training Academy, this role is essential to our mission enabling organizations to seamlessly incorporate AI technologies into their business operations.

The AI Trainer's role is to provide training that accelerates the learning curve and equips customers with the essential skills and knowledge to leverage AI technologies effectively and responsibly within their organizations, driving sustainable business value.

Responsibilities

Training Development:

Develop technical and solution training programs, materials, and documentation to meet the needs of various audiences.

Design engaging and practical training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, case studies, and e-learning modules.

Ensure the content is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensible for trainees with varying levels of technical expertise.

Training Delivery:

Deliver engaging and effective technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees or clients.

Adapt training methods to suit different audiences and environments. Use various instructional techniques to enhance learning experiences.

Training Evaluation:

Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and the trainees' understanding and application of the material.

Analyse feedback and assessment results to identify areas for improvement.

Training Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and data science.

Recommend and implement innovative training approaches by integrating new technologies and methodologies to improve learning outcomes.

Collaborate with the AI & Data team and other departments to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals.

Successful Performers Will Be Able To:

Collaborate with the AI & Data Training Manager to assist in developing training strategies and objectives.

Create engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, case studies, and e-learning modules.

Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including hands-on practice, demonstrations, simulations, group discussions, and multimedia presentations to enhance learning and retention.

Build their knowledge and stay updated with the latest trends in AI and data science.

Recommend and implement innovative training approaches by integrating new technologies and methodologies into training programs.

Collaborate with the AI & Data team and other departments to align training content with organizational goals.

Successful Performers will understand:

Adult learning principles and how to create engaging, practical materials.

Instructional techniques for an interactive and effective learning environment.

The role of continuous assessment and feedback in improving training programs.

The importance of collaboration and aligning training with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in training within a software vendor or services organization.

Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

Background in instructional design and adult learning principles.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, Ability to explain complex topics in an understandable manner.

Strong organisational and project management abilities.

Ability to travel, on-site at customers and training hubs London, Velencia

Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate training sessions for different time zones.

Experience and understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
