We are currently seeking Principal Civil Engineers with experience in the Energy sector to join us in any of our offices across the UK. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the energy sector. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and progress. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams across a range of energy projects. You will develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that optimize energy use and minimize environmental impact.

You will manage project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards as well as fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, mentoring and inspiring junior engineers.

About You

You will ideally be qualified with a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Civil Engineering (or related field), from an accredited institution and professional registration as a Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council and ICE is preferred.

You will be a pro-active individual with knowledge and experience of the energy industry. You will have the capability to coach and mentor juniors in the team and cross collaborate across the business. You will be engaged in the engineering community and understand how we can drive success for our clients, including understanding innovative solutions and industry best practices.

You will have proven experience in managing civil engineering projects from concept to completion and have a in-depth knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Your passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment will be critical to your success.
