You will contribute to the overall smooth running of the Asset Management team by providing comprehensive, proactive and efficient administrative support whilst delivering a professional, customer-focused and high quality repairs management service.

You will have experience in asset management administration including compliance and repairs and have excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, prioritisation, organisational and I.T. skills including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other appropriate software packages to a high standard.

Job Purpose

  • Providing comprehensive, proactive and efficient administrative support to the Asset Management Team, ensuring all agreed timescales and service standards are achieved.
  • Contributing to the overall smooth and efficient running of the team to ensure the delivery of a professional and customer-focused service.
  • Delivering a high-quality repairs management service to the Watmos property portfolio by ensuring the needs of residents are met throughout their tenancies.
