We see Movie Transit Operators as people who contribute to the seamless delivery of feature films. Our employees play a key role in providing support to major studio clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient movie distribution process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Do not expect to be a screw in a big machine. We are looking for a person who is willing to grow in the cinema industry and make an impact on our clients' success. Apart from that, you would be responsible for:

Electronic Movie Delivery:

Facilitate the secure and efficient electronic delivery of feature films to cinemas using Unique X's distribution systemsLeverage experience in movie distribution to ensure the content delivery processes and troubleshoot potential challenges as they ariseIntercom Support: Provide Quality Customer Service support which will include assistance to major studio clients using an intercom support systemRespond to customers in a timely and professional manner and assist them with various issues that they might haveSecurity and Compliance: Adhere to security protocols to protect the confidentiality and integrity of electronic movie content during deliveryApply expertise in movie distribution to ensure compliance with industry standardsCommunication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize communication channelsWho we think will be a great fit:

Essential skills:

Working knowledge of intercom or similar support systems is essentialKnowledge of DCPs, or of the process of transferring large, encrypted data files would be advantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skills oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyA strong background with considerable experience in movie distribution or within the cinematic industry would be preferredWe offer exciting benefits such as:Looking to take a certification course or embark on a learning activity?
