Lombard Odier Investment Managers ("LOIM") is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our RFP (Requests For Proposals) Team in London, we are looking for a :

RFP Specialist

About the role

You will be primarily responsible for completing RFPs/RFIs/DDQs, making an active contribution to the company's commercial success.

The RFP team supports the firm's institutional business and the third party distribution business globally. You will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of the firm's investment strategies, sustainability approach and products, and develop close working relationships with the stakeholders.

How will you make an impact at LOIM ?
You will performresearch,writeand edit responses to RFPs/RFIs/DDQs/Reporting as a part of the sales focus
You willcollaboratewith members of sales, marketing, portfolio management, operations, performance, compliance, and legal teams to ensure specific content in complete, accurate and timely.
You will effectively manage and coordinate time and responsibilities related to RFP preparation and distribution
You will respond to ad hoc requests from various business units within the firm
You will become a specialist of certain asset classes

Your profile
You have a university degree preferably in finance or economics
You have a gained experience in a similar role within the asset management industry
You have a strong interest in asset management, with a solid understanding of the core asset classes
You pay attention to detail and have a the proven ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment
You are able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
You speak and write French an English fluently
You have a thorough grasp of legal and compliance matters in asset management and the ability to adhere to regulatory guidelines.
