The Department of Chemical Engineering has an international reputation for excellence in its teaching and research. We are the longest established and 2nd largest chemical engineering department in the UK and rank sixth in the global QS World University Rankings. We are looking to recruit a teaching fellow to contribute directly to chemical engineering teaching, working with both undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will be responsible directly in the delivery of lectures, tutorials, practical, coursework organisation, demonstration, assessment, and/or feedback, as and when appropriate. Specifically, the post holder is expected to take a leading role in teaching core chemical engineering subjects in years 1 and 2 of the undergraduate curriculum.

You will have a first degree and postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering and teaching qualifications in Higher Education learning and teaching. Further details are available in the job description.
