We're looking for a Finance Administrator to join us and support our shared user contract based in Mossend. You'll be assisting the on-site finance team with daily tasks such as the creation of financial reports, raising of purchase orders and general administrative tasks.

Joining us on a full-time, permanent basis, you'll be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 to 16:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Deliver weekly reports in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all costs are recorded accurately
  • Raise sales invoices and resolve any queries ahead of time to enable payment in line with agreed terms
  • Maintain accurate weekly time and attendance system records for both weekly and monthly paid staff to include all exceptions
  • Ensure all payroll deadlines are met including, statutory sick pay and pay deadlines

    What you need to succeed at GXO:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Previous experience working in finance, ideally with the ability to work to strict deadlines
    • Ability to analyse, investigate and problem-solve numerical information
    • A pro-active, organised, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
