Trintech's Sales Operations Team supports the back-office administration for sales operations and renewals processes internally within Trintech.

As a Contracts and Renewals Specialist, you will support assigned client accounts by liaising with the legal team and other internal teams, by providing draft order documents or administrative data throughout various processes including the sales process, renewals, contracting and maintenance of data related to Trintech's customers' cloud services.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drafting contractual order documents for renewals and sales opportunities
  • Track and manage Renewals opportunities in Salesforce to ensure all renewals are communicated and closed timely.
  • Use Salesforce to generate quotes, track opportunities and report status.
  • Tracking the signatory process of contracts and reporting status and researching contract history and customer documentation on request from internal stakeholders.
  • Partner and liaise with the Legal team and the Accounting team
  • Promptly responding to internal and external inquiries
  • Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Serve as a liaison for back-end internal operations for Sales, Accounting and Legal Departments to process and track requests and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Work closely with other internal teams to streamline processes and information as well as ensuring we are delivering to customers what they require.
  • Other related duties to support internal administrative data and processes.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years experience in Sales Operations or Contracts Administration or related role; experience in global technology industry preferred
  • Experience using CRM and lead management technology such as
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; basic knowledge of contracts and contract processes required
  • Accounting or corporate invoicing knowledge preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in using a MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines in a dynamic detail-oriented environment.
  • Strong reporting, query, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to learn and process new information quickly and be resourceful.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment across multiple groups
