Our Client Management team embodies this ethos, fostering strong relationships across our portfolio of syndicates.

As an Assistant Client Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our team across a diverse array of functions, ensuring seamless operations across all syndicates under our management.

Key Tasks:
  • Collaborate with Client Managers to cultivate positive relationships between senior syndicate staff and Managing Agency. Serve as a central point of contact for issue resolution and inquiries.
  • Act as the primary Client Manager for all outsource clients. Oversee contract tracking, rate application, contract review, timesheet data review, invoice review, and client meetings.
  • Assist Client Managers in onboarding new syndicates and SIABs into the Framework. This includes updating project plans, attending meetings, and sharing relevant information across functions.
  • Collate and review timesheet data reports from tableau across functions, identifying exceptions and trends. Liaise with various departments as needed. Prepare summaries for Client Managers for onward reporting to syndicates.
  • Keep Lloyd's and various Committees updated on progress and any key concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Committees team and across functions to review and enhance the quality and consistency of papers to various boards and committees. Draft initial SB chairs reports for Client Managers.
    Key Personal Skills Required:
    • Understanding of Syndicate Operations: Demonstrate a broad understanding of syndicate operations within the Lloyd's market.
    • Knowledge of Managing Agency

      Responsibilities:
      Possess a good understanding of Lloyd's Managing Agency responsibilities.
    • Stakeholder Management Experience: Showcase experience in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders effectively.
