The SEO Manager will be responsible for deploying organic traffic acquisition and retention campaigns in markets and ensuring global initiatives are launched following the Global SEO Strategy team's governance standards.

The SEO Manager will ensure the execution of all SEO campaigns and initiatives in a timely and quality manner as well as driving the growth of the organic channel with the market.


You will be responsible for:


1.Deploying the global SEO strategy by collaborating with markets and coordinating key activities required for the execution and localization of channel global strategy.2.Managing communication and engagement for all SEO activities to drive SEO awareness, toolbox adoption and overall adherence to global channel strategy3.Carrying out market audits to identify opportunities, challenges and roadblocks, assisting markets with planning and prioritization (based on ROI).4.Continuously sharing markets feedback with strategy, operations and web teams and proactively provide recommendations to improve consumer experience and service to markets.5.Ensuring quality execution by auditing and measuring market channel performance and communicating to business stakeholders across markets, strategy and operations teams.6.Providing compliance guidance for global and local SEO campaigns against guidelines and channel standards including PMI marketing code, brand guidelines, link building legal framework, best practice Google guidelines.7.Supporting the expansion of new marketplaces and continuously optimizing our digital presence on 3rd parties online to increase visibility.8.Delivering SEO training to members of SEO team, regional and cross-functional stakeholders.9.Managing channel resources.


About you:

  • Strong SEO experience at an enterprise organization or agency (minimum 5 years).
  • Advanced experience working successfully in a global, multicultural organization, with cross-functional projects
  • In depth experience of content strategy, content optimization, technical SEO, link building and local SEO.
  • Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to senior partners who may not have a background in digital marketing.
  • Hands on experience with SEO performance and analytics tools i.e. Google analytics, Google search console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Pi Datametrics .
  • Project management, organization, documentation and data governance skills
  • Advanced communication, influencing, relationship-building skills and customer-centric thinking
  • Proven ability to work effectively across functions. Critical thinking and ability to challenge supported by data
  • University degree in (Digital)
