AVTAV are proud to be working in cooperation with DHL a global logistics company proving courier, package delivery and express mail services

  • Role - Operations Processor (parcel sorter)
  • Location - PAPWORTH
  • Shifts - Mon - Fri
  • Hours am to 10.30am
  • Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: 12.80 per hour
  • Pay between 19.00pm am: 15.30 per hour
  • Pay Saturdays: Additional 1 per hour
  • Pay Sundays: Additional 2 per hour
  • Pay OT: 19.20

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scanning and processing all incoming and outgoing parcels and mail
  • Sorting parcels by hand into compartments on a sorting frame
  • Observing Health & Safety Rules and keeping warehouse clean
  • Bagging and labelling parcels for delivery

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

  • The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
  • Manual lifting of shipments is required
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • The ability to demonstrate great team work
