We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Relationship Manager to join our team, focusing on maintaining and expanding strategic client relationships and overseeing client projects as a fundamental aspect of these relationships. This role requires a proactive and strategic professional who is passionate about client success and skilled in managing diverse client projects under the broader umbrella of account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing all aspects of the client relationship including project oversight, communication, and client satisfaction.

Develop and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.

Regularly assess client satisfaction and adjust strategies to improve service delivery, including overseeing the successful execution of projects related to client accounts.

Conduct strategic account reviews to discuss existing projects, evaluate progress, and identify future opportunities.

Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze client data for better strategic planning and client interaction.

Identify and develop new opportunities for expanding business and enhancing the client relationship.

Resolve high-level client issues and conflicts, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in account management or relationship management, preferably in [specific industry].

Strong project oversight capabilities with an ability to manage client expectations and project deliverables seamlessly.

Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Adept at multitasking and managing multiple priorities without compromising on quality.

Strategic thinker with an ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.

Ability to build rapport and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.

Preferable experience in NHS technology sector
