As a Deputy Room Leader at Fennies, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to build strong bonds with parents and children while supporting your team daily.

You'll implement key health, safety, and safeguarding systems, manage routines, and maintain confidentiality. Effective communication and record-keeping using Famly are essential, as is keeping parents informed and engaged. You will need

A sound knowledge of Birth to 5 Matters, child development and the EYFS curriculum
The ability to create experiences, that engage children, motivate them and allow them to think critically
A level 2 qualification in Childcare and be actively working towards a level 3 or already have your level 3
Have a minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
To create strong bonds for each child within your room leading an effective key person system, safeguarding, health & safety, confidentiality
