Assistant Manager Position in Bradford

Looking for an Assistant Manager to join a well-established independent company in Bradford. This role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations with a focus on the business aspect. Responsibilities include dispensing to all levels, pre-screening, and contact lens tasks. The role may require covering holidays at another practice.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an optical assistant
  • Ability to dispense glasses at all levels
  • Familiarity with KPIs and goal management
