Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and other internal stakeholders to streamline key commercial processes.
  • Lead and manage various commercial initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue growth and expansion to new verticals.
  • Conduct market research and engage with clients to understand their needs and gather insights for market expansion and process improvements.
  • Work closely with Commercial Analysts to define and meet data requirements for reporting.
  • Prepare and present project updates and performance reports to Senior Management.
  • Opportunity to build out the project management function within the Sales team, creating efficient workflows and robust project management practices.
Education & Experience:
  • Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within a comparable industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to find uniformity in chaos and work effectively in a start-up environment.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse data and leverage it for decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with various stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and project management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
