We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Services team, where the purpose of this role will be to report to the IT Service Delivery Manager, in which it will be the interface between the Project Delivery Teams into the live Service Support Teams. You will liaise between business owners, project managers, design teams, operations teams, and our partners / suppliers communicating between all key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of new services, executed to high quality standards.

Ensure all associated Non-Functional Requirements have been captured, agreed and delivered with the various Technical Teams and signed off to enable successful service take on.Work closely with the Change function to ensure they are aware of the approach to deliver whether it be a phased approach or a single implementation and avoiding any Change Freezes or other ConflictsDefine with each project team the warranty period, exit criteria and acceptance of risks into BAU to achieve successful project closureDefine requirements for and oversee the transition of services into BAU, including production of runbooks and standard operating procedures to deliver the services in live.Ensuring that playback sessions are conducted to confirm understanding and ability to manage independently having a clear, validated knowledge transfer plan for each service being transitionedHave excellent communication and interpersonal skills with management, team, peers and vendorsProven capabilities of team and task leadershipExcellent resource management and planning skillsProven ability to focus on successfully transitioning services into liveExcellent documentation and reporting skillsService design experience ideally - Defining Ops requirementsGood commercial and contract awareness skillsEffective decision making skills
Significant experience in transition management / substantial on the job experience in this area.Must have strong people and Service Management skills where needed.Proven analytical and problem solving skills that they can use to identify and implement
