Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning Administration (50%)

  • Provide administrative support to our Financial Planners.
  • Process Letters of Authority and manage the collection of client policy information.
  • Liaise with financial product providers to obtain necessary information.
  • Assist in preparing client documentation and reports.

General Office Administration and Reception Duties (50%)

  • Perform general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Cover reception duties as needed (note: visitor traffic is minimal).
  • Handle incoming calls, mail, and email communications.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
