We are looking to recruit an associate GP to join the team at Brook Green Medical Centre.
Brook Green Medical Centre, is one of five large surgeries that make up a single partnership PCN. Every surgery is a training practice with a full clinical team including nursing and healthcare assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and a link worker.
We are looking for an individual to commit to the delivery of good medicine, whilst demonstrating a work ethic that is both compassionate and collegiate. We encourage all of our GPs to have areas of specialist interest that are supported through cross site faculty working. Some examples of this are frailty teams, mental health teams, and a research department. Whilst we would consider supporting any area of specialist interest there are specific opportunities for someone with experience and interest in providing paediatric care at a primary care level.
Our structure means we have the breadth and scale to offer experience in leadership roles and provide a mutually supportive culture of learning and development at both site and PCN level.
Over the last decade, all of the new partners at Brook Green Medical Centre have been part of our salaried team before moving into partnership roles.
Time commitment is a minimum of 5 sessions per week but more sessions are possible if wanted.
