WF GP FedNet is a not-for-profit Federation of the 36 GP Practices in Waltham Forest. We are a private limited company who provides NHS Services based in Primary Care, pooling the skills and resources of local GPs to provide large scale services as part of the local NHS Strategy to bring more services into the Community to help people stay well and at home.
Job descriptionJob responsibilities
Provide clinical care to patients throughface-to-face and telephone consultations, including managing workflow(correspondence, results, medication reviews, reports, and clinicaladministration). Engage in safeguarding work, outreach visits,surgery meetings, and occasional on-call duties. Adhere to GMC standards, prioritising individualpatient care. Support the development, delivery, and review ofthe surgery action plan in collaboration with the Practice Manager and ClinicalLead. This includes list management, patient satisfaction, QOF, enhancedservices, and KPI targets. Work closely with the surgery team,participating in practice team meetings. Participate in outreach activities as required. Maintain ongoing Continuing ProfessionalDevelopment (CPD) to stay updated on clinical developments and meet broaderworkforce requirements. Keep personal mandatory and organisationaltraining up to date. Engage in NHS annual appraisal, produce PersonalDevelopment Plans (PDP), and undergo GMC revalidation. Document and report significant clinicalgovernance events to the Clinical Lead or Practice Manager. Uphold professional standards and act as anambassador for Seymour Medical Centre. Current registration with GMC and active engagement in clinical practice. Experienced doctor with GP accreditation. MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.Experience
