About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Salaried General Practitioner to join our dynamic and supportive team at East End Health Network. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to a registered patient list, ensuring continuity of care through individual patient lists.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of health conditions, offering preventive care and health education.
- Collaborate with a diverse clinical team, including GPs, ANPs, PNs, HCAs, FCPs, MHNs, Pharmacists, GPsAs, Paramedics, CCs, and SPs.
- Participate in on-call duties and home visits, shared equally among all GPs.
- Engage in centralized PLT sessions, fortnightly clinical meetings, and coffee breaks.
- Contribute to the practice's strong training ethos and participate in CPD sessions.
- Opportunity for leadership roles and teaching within the practice.

Requirements:
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
- MRCGP or equivalent qualification.

About Us
East End Health Network is a thriving practice with a registered patient list of 13,400. We prioritize continuity of care through individual patient lists and offer a competitive salary of £10,500 - £11,000 per session per annum, depending on experience, with the flexibility of 8 sessions per week, which can be split between two part-time GPs.
We provide CPD sessions, 6 weeks holiday plus 2 additional days per annum (pro rata), bank holidays, and 1 week's study leave per annum (pro rata). Defence union fees are covered for the duration of the contract, and non-NHS work is paid directly to the GP.
On-call duties and home visits are shared equally among all GPs, with centralized PLT sessions, coffee breaks, and fortnightly clinical meetings. There are opportunities for leadership roles and teaching, and you'll be part of a long-standing PCN.
