Senior BD Systems Executive role in the bid and pitch team of this top international law firm. London based with hybrid working. Salary up to £60,000.

This top international law firm is looking for a marketer who is data and systems savvy The Senior Systems Executive will champion the use for their bid and pitch systems. This includes a credentials library, pitch automation software and their intranet. This will also crossover with the systems for awards and directories collateral. This is a great role from someone wo is process driven and keen to get stuck in and learn.

The Marketing Systems Executive will:

  • Manage updates and content for the firm's pitch automation system Manage the pitch tracker and carry out reporting Carry out client and industry research Carry out training and encourage system best practices Encourage and support with quality data improvements Advise the business on the use of systems at project meetings Assist on the development of new processes for award submission and bids/pitches Support with the directory submission process by managing the workflow of deadlines.

The role would suit someone with strong administration and systems/database experience. Ideally candidates will have experience within legal or comparable professional services. Research and data reporting experience is desirable. Knowledge of directory and awards submission would also be beneficial. The firm are happy to look at marketing and BD professionals who are interested in moving into this space, or legal administrators who are looking for a new challenge. The team will offer training and support on the systems that they use, so prior experience of them isn't needed.
