My global law firm is looking for a personable and credible Information Governance Analyst to join their specialised team.
This is a wide ranging role suitable for someone with a background in electronic records management an/or information governance within the legal sector.
Duties:
- Work with and assist stakeholders and lawyers to reviewing, processing and organising emails, documentation, files and important information.
- Create process controls and test plans for the compliance of processes
- Oversee the security settings of electronic documents and conduct investigations on triggered document exports.
- Evaluate document security and take required action to update document security.
- Create reports on the status and statistics of key projects.
- Previous commercial experience in electronic document management systems.
- Strong MS Excel skills including spreadsheet creation, pivot tables and report metrics
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of records procedures, retention principles and best practice.
- Legal experience and exposure to Netdocs beneficial
