About Star Radcliffe Academy

Star Radcliffe Academy will be a five-form entry, 750 place, 11-16 secondary school in Radcliffe. The school will open in September 2024.

During its opening year, the school will admit an intake of 150 pupils in Year 7. The school will continue to admit a new intake of Year 7 pupils at the beginning of each academic year.

Like all Star schools, Star Radcliffe Academy will have a leadership specialism. We will provide a knowledge-based academic curriculum alongside a rich and diverse leadership programme that grows character and inspires charitable and social action. Our pursuit of educational excellence is based upon our fundamental belief that every pupil has the capacity to become a successful and inspirational leader.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a talented individual to provide an exceptional business support service to our pupils, teachers and wider stakeholders. As a key member of our school's business support team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding learning environment for our young people.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

You will have:

A degree qualification or equivalent.Experience of financial administration within a school setting.A minimum of two years finance experience.The ability to use management information systems; and be able to transfer the experience of using one system to another similar system if needs be.The ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.About Star Academies
