Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking to hire a full-time Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist to join the inpatient team at Cherry Ward, based at Highbury Hospital.

The post holder will provide senior medical input, participate in local leadership meetings, and work on service development and quality improvement.

Responsibilities include providing medical assessments, maintaining clinical records, and attending team meetings. The Trust offers opportunities for CPD and peer group supervision. Qualifications include MB BS or equivalent, GMC registration, and specialist register inclusion. Desirable qualifications include MRCPsych and experience in medical education or management. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge in the specialty and be skilled in teaching and training.
