A fantastic opportunity awaits for a RTA Small Claims Litigation Executive to become part of the well-established Defendant Motor department in Liverpool.

They welcome applications from experienced Paralegals or Fee Earners with a defendant background, as well as those with claimant experience. If that's you, don't hesitate to apply as both backgrounds are valued equally. You'll be taking on a caseload of litigated Motor/RTA claims that include Small Claims, various Fast Track claims, and MOJ files, managing them from start to finish for your insurer clients.

In your new role, you'll collaborate closely with the wider Defendant Motor team, receiving strong support from Team Leaders & Heads of Department to drive your career forward.

As a skilled Fee Earner/Paralegal, you will:

  • Assess claim liabilities
  • Engage in negotiations with clients and Third Party Solicitors
  • Demonstrate excellent time management & organizational skills
  • Achieve your set performance targets & KPIs
  • Ensure adherence to the SRA Code of Conduct
