The Westwood Academy is on a journey to elevate the school's status to 'Good'; Ofsted are expected to return in the autumn term of 2024.

Classrooms are fully equipped with large interactive TV screens and all the latest technologies at both the schools across the Trust.

Location:

Based at Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be teaching at Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust with a particular focus on driving improvements in education.

The role will have a particular focus on collaboration to develop and implement effective strategies for enhancing education across all levels.

The role will play a pivotal role in the growth of Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust, with potential opportunities to work across both sites as the Trust expands.

Requirements:

· A degree or a minimum of two years of teaching experience in the subject.

· Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in teaching Languages from year 7 up to A level.
