Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to make a positive impact. The primary objective of the HLTA is to provide support to teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all students.
Requirements:
- 6 months plus experience working in a UK Primary School.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable).
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work collaboratively with school staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Leading small group activities and providing feedback to teachers.
- Planning and delivering lessons under the guidance of the teacher.
- Assessing and monitoring the progress of students and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Managing challenging behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
