We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Planner to join a market leading company. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will be a key member in ensuring customer products are kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. The position will appeal to an engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

  • Compiles information of preventive plan, corrective actions, people availability and maintenance materials availability
  • Creates weekly maintenance plan proposal aligned with the information collected to discuss with maintenance manager
  • Coordinates with supplier schedules for programmed supplier maintenance works
  • Issues the maintenance job orders Collects executed task information and keeps updated report
  • Keeps the preventive maintenance plan updated and improved by working closely with maintenance technicians
  • Schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks in accordance with the business need
  • Collaborate with Stores to prepare job kits for planned maintenance
  • Issues permits and inductions for contractor work
  • Write clear procedures and process documents

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in maintenance and project management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, in particular excel
  • Updating and maintaining a CMMS
  • Good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team
  • Good English skills both oral and written
