As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will process and maintain accounts payable records and provide financial administrative support to regional finance teams, ensuring timely, quality financial information is provided and maintained in accordance with group procedures and policies.

Accurate processing, coding and matching of invoices in accordance with group policiesLiaising with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries in a professional manner, on a timely basis and to comply with statutory requirementsLiaising with procurement & commercial teams as necessary to resolve issuesReview of invoices on hold and clear in a timely mannerSupplier reconciliationsHandling all post/emails related to invoices and any other associated duties including scanningChecking subcontractor payments prior to processingSupporting the finance team as required
