This is an exciting time for the School as we have just agreed an ambitious DEI Strategy and are looking for someone to play a key role in supporting the implementation of this, and join us on our DEI journey. You will be familiar with DEI legislation including the Equality Act and Public Sector Equality Duty, have some awareness of DEI challenges within the Arts sector, have experience in providing admin support and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a passion for DEI, an excellent team player with a willingness to lean and develop and work collegiately and collaboratively.
